Who we are
This site is run by Jean-Christophe Massot, owner of the apartment, as data controller. Contact: jcmassot@gmail.com.

What we collect and why
When you book, we keep your name, email, phone number, country, travel dates, number of guests and any message you send. We use them to handle your booking, to meet Spanish rules on registering guests, and to contact you about your stay. The legal basis is the contract you ask us to enter into and our legal obligations.

Who we share it with
Booking details are passed to Smoobu GmbH (Germany), our booking calendar, so the dates are blocked on other sites. Emails go through our email provider. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as Spanish tax and tourism rules require, then delete them.

Cookies
The site sets one strictly necessary cookie to protect the booking form. There is no tracking or analytics. The map loads tiles from OpenStreetMap, which sees your IP address.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
